Cyconsol was founded in November 2018 with the purpose of creating a business that delivered high quality services in an ethical and professional manner, provided an enjoyable place for people of all backgrounds to develop and grow and demonstrate Australian capabilities and services that can solve real-world problems.

Our vision is to create a company to be proud of, one that is:

Contract Opportunities

The Cyconsol team deliver business and IT services to both public and private enterprises throughout Australia and continuously have contract opportunities to work within the Cyconsol team or within the teams of our clients.

Cyconsol Graduate program

The Cyconsol graduate program is designed specifically to bring passionate individuals into the company and provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

The key elements to the programs include:

  • Dedicated training budgets: there is no fighting for resources, all staff are provided with a minimum $5,000 and 5 days for training and development purposes. The only requirements is that the allocation is spent towards an individual’s growth and development.

  • Dedicated time with experienced mentors: Formal training is only part of the equation, the real development of an individual comes from spending time and working with seasoned professionals.

  • Involvement in interesting projects: Our team work on a variety of projects across both private and public industry.

  • Flexible working arrangements: We understand that different people work better with different environments and approaches and are open to catering work environments for the best fit.
